Amazing 5 Star Stay in Seoul

Lotte Hotel is in the perfect location. It is a short walk away from Myeongdong Shopping Street and a great night market with food. The Metro line is right at the exit of the hotel and the rest of Seoul is accessible. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful and was a delight to work with. The check-in and check-out process was super easy and painless. I could leave my luggage there between two reservations as I went to Busan and also upon check-out as my flight wasn't until the evening. This will be the hotel I will return to when I revisit Seoul.

Brilliant stay- consider Le salon !

Everything, it was a nice hotel with lovely furnishings in the lobby and surrounding areas. I’d absolutely recommend choosing the option for le salon. It’s brilliant in there & was so worth it for us! Buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, snacks and drinks throughout the day and to finish, a buffet dinner with alcohol included. The room was extremely comfortable and the bed was heavenly! We had a lovely view of seoul tower. We sent some luggage home when we checked out and the staff were very helpful, our luggage got home safely. Overall, our most favourite part has got to be the staff, especially the staff who are in Le Salon, such lovely people, so friendly and attentive. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

Very luxury and wonderful hotel with best location, can be improved on the breakfast

Location, property and room: high end material and luxury.

The breakfast, stayed for 4 nights, we had similar breakfast buffet everyday at Le Siene, no menu change at all.

The breakfast was really well prepared and delicious. The staff was very kind. The sunrise view from the restaurant level was amazing.

Pleasant stay, great service and people, great location.

Location was great, close to Myeongdong shopping, great food but for ₩65,000 for breakfast not a lot of options. Great staff, and very attentive.

World-class hotel in a prime location

This is my favorite hotel in Seoul, having stayed here four times over six years. The location is superb, the facilities top-notch, and the lounge food sumptuous. I especially appreciated the thoughtful, prompt service at every turn. The Lotte Executive Tower Hotel sets a high standard and consistently delivers.

Exceptional

I booked Executive Tower after reading the reviews and it was everything the reviews said. Location is excellent, close to all areas of interest, very well serviced by public transport where/if required and vibrant neighborhood. Executive Tower is the new wing so relatively quieter than the main hotel, rooms are really good size, the staff were excellent, service professional and prompt and they did everything to make our stay comfortable. Will stay here again.

Great location, attentive staff, spacious room. Front desk from the Executive tower was very helpful and professional. Breakfast was very good, tea at Le Salon too.

The concierge desk was clearly not enough for the quantity of guests at the hotel.

Gorgeous luxury hotel that was a perfect base from which to explore Seoul!

The executive tower is exquisitely decorated and our room was extremely spacious & luxurious (exactly as pictured). Hotel location in Myeongdong is perfect for walking to all the key sights / shopping areas and taking the subway if going further away. All the staff we met were also super helpful and went above & beyond to meet our requests. I have travelled a lot & stayed in quite a few high end hotels - this hotel easily ranks in the top 5 hotels I've stayed in worldwide. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Nothing - everything was amazing from start to end. Some very minor suggestions to improve: - Please allocate only male (not female) staff to help with luggage as it's typically heavy. We were quite worried for our female "bellboys". - For an extra special touch, please consider having a turndown service (prep for bedtime) that is separate from housekeeping (cleaning the room). The turndown service can be something special done to prepare the room for bedtime - maybe a small chocolate or snack with a short note. - Screen sharing on the TV, Netflix & an iPad dock may be helpful to give guests more options for music & entertainment.
